Mangalvar (Hanuman Day) Puja Vidhi 1. Bathe early and wear red or saffron clothes. 2. Light a lamp before an image or murti of Hanuman ji. 3. Offer red flowers, sindoor and chameli (jasmine) oil. 4. Offer prasad of jaggery-chana or laddu. 5. Recite the Hanuman Chalisa seven times. 6. Chant "Om Hanumate Namah" 108 times. 7. Conclude with aarti and distribute prasad.
